Come enjoy and learn creative problem solving skills with challenging hands on and verbal hands on problems. Registration will open on Dec. 15th at 12 noon and teams can choose from one of four 90 minute sessions. Teams, coaches and parents will get an inside look of spontaneous competition while learning new approaches to solving those unique problems. Team members will develop out of the box thinking, identify different uses for common materials and teamwork skills. Teams also will learn the importance of taking a minute or two to brainstorm ideas and develop a plan to solve the problem. Visit the event information on our Calendar menu to register and learn more.
We need your ideas to design this year’s 2017-2018 state pin which will also be placed on the t-shirt. Download the entry form and submit by Dec. 15th!

Come join us for a half day of fun filled experiential coaches training! One coach from each team is required to attend a half day session. In addition, all first year coaches are required to attend one webinar the week prior. This helps you have a solid understanding of the program before attending the classroom session and allows your classroom training to be filled with experiential learning activities. Please visit our Coaches Menu on the Colorado Odyssey website for more information and to register!
Attend one of many Information Meetings in your area to learn more about Odyssey of the Mind and having your children involved with the program! We encourage parents to bring their children because we’re all about the kids! We will conduct some spontaneous problems for kids to participate in and see what all the fun is about and yes, we will have some PowerPoint slides and handouts for parents to learn more. Meetings usually last about 1 hour +. More are being added weekly so check back for updates to this post. Don’t see one in your area? No problem, just contact one of our Regional Directors to schedule one for your school community.
